Salon Policies

Appointments

Appointments must be booked over the phone or in person.  We do not book appointments online.

We require credit card to book all appointments.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.  If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid a full charge for the service scheduled.  The notice period is calculated from the previous salon business day (Tuesday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5:00 p.m. the preceding Saturday.)   Appointments for longer services, such as Keratin treatments and relaxing services, require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Color Appointments

Color services do not include a blow dry. If desired, a blow-dry appointment must be scheduled separately and should be requested at the time of scheduling all color services. For those clients who choose not to schedule a blow-dry appointment with a stylist, we do offer a self-dry styling station that is fully stocked with hairdryers, brushes, and styling products.

Children

For safety and liability reasons, we are not able to provide services to children under the age of 7.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Please consider making child care arrangements when coming to the salon.

Pets

State and local regulations prohibit the presence of any animals in the salon.  The only exception is for service dogs with an official service animal vest.

Cell phones

We strive to make your experience at our salon as peaceful as possible.  Please limit cell phone use in the salon and consider turning your phone ringer off or to vibrate while in the salon.

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.  However, our staff accepts tips in cash only and tips cannot be added to credit cards.  Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, debit cards and personal checks (with proper identification).

Valet Parking

Enjoy our convenient valet service.  Please allow 15 minutes before and after your visit when using valet parking.
