Michael Jacobson

For over 20 years Michael has been one of the most sought-after hairdressers in Chicago by the most sophisticated and discerning clientele. Known for his accomplished cutting technique, Michael continues to garner acclaim for his individualistic, common-sense approach to creating beautiful hair.

Allure magazine recently declared Michael's haircuts the "best in Chicago." Chicago Magazine also named Michael one of Chicago's top stylists. He has been featured in Town & Country, Lucky, Self, Women's Wear Daily, Daily Candy, Modern Salon, Salon Today, American Salon, Chicago Magazine and CS Magazine.

Michael's work for television includes the Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, Paramount Studios, Starting Over, Caryl & Marilyn Real Friends, as well as personal stylist to Jenny Jones for The Jenny Jones Show. Michael has styled the locks of actress Robin Tunney, supermodel Patricia Valesquez, Candice Bergen, Bobbi Brown and Elizabeth Shue. In addition, he was contributing stylist to the book Andre Talks Hair by Oprah Winfrey's hairdresser, Andre Walker. In 2005 Michael was given the "Stylemakers & Rulebreakers" award by Fashion Group International and was lauded by Women's Wear Daily as one of "Fashion's Rising Stars."

As Artistic Director and Principal, Michael oversees all talent, education and training.
